1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MiniEasyDay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

MiniEasyDay is designed for college students and campus community members. By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • You are a student, faculty, or staff member at a supported campus
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate delivery locations and contact information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
  • Prices are at MRP — no hidden charges or platform fees
  • Orders are subject to availability and shop operating hours
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to unavailability, incorrect information, or suspicious activity
  • Preferred payment method: Secure Online Payment (Razorpay)
  • Minimum order for delivery: ₹150

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within supported campus boundaries only
  • Estimated delivery time is 15–30 minutes (may vary during peak hours)
  • You must be available at the specified delivery location to receive your order
  • If you are unreachable, the delivery person may return the order after reasonable attempts
  • Delivery is free for orders above the minimum order value

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as "Preparing"
  • Once preparation begins, cancellations are not accepted
  • Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed within 24-48 hours
  • Contact our support team for any refund-related queries

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
  • Abuse promo codes, offers, or referral systems
  • Place fake or prank orders
  • Harass delivery personnel or other users

8. Limitation of Liability

MiniEasyDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Loss or damage beyond our reasonable control

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
